LUXCUTDESIGNS SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the shipment and delivery of all orders placed through luxcutdesigns.com (the "Site"), operated by Luxcut Designs ("LuxCutDesigns," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

  1. Order Processing

1.1 All products are laser cut and made to order. Orders are processed within [two (2) to four (4)] business days following receipt of payment. Customized or special-request orders may require up to [five (5) to seven (7)] business days.

1.2 "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

1.3 Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. LuxCutDesigns will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email of any material delay.

  1. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

2.1 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination, and are the Customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated in this Section.

2.2 Orders with a merchandise subtotal exceeding fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00), exclusive of taxes and shipping charges, qualify for free standard shipping to addresses within the United States. 2.3 LuxCutDesigns reserves the right to modify or discontinue free shipping offers at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect orders already placed.

  1. Delivery

3.1 Estimated delivery time is [three (3) to seven (7)] business days from the date of shipment. Delivery estimates commence upon shipment, not upon order placement.

3.2 Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a guarantee. LuxCutDesigns is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  1. Shipping Destinations

LuxCutDesigns ships only to addresses within the United States. LuxCutDesigns does not ship to international addresses, and orders directed to destinations outside the United States will not be accepted.

  1. Tracking

Upon shipment, LuxCutDesigns will send a confirmation email containing a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. Where no such email is received within [five (5)] business days of order placement, the Customer should contact LuxCutDesigns at the address provided in Section 9.

  1. Accuracy of Shipping Information

6.1 The Customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

6.2 LuxCutDesigns shall not be liable for any order delayed, misdelivered, or lost as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the Customer. Where an error is identified before shipment, LuxCutDesigns will make reasonable efforts to correct it, but makes no guarantee that such correction will be possible. The Customer shall bear any costs associated with reshipment due to Customer error.

  1. Risk of Loss and Title

Title to and risk of loss for all products pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. LuxCutDesigns is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. In the event a package is marked delivered but not received, the Customer is encouraged to verify with household members, neighbors, and the local postal facility before contacting LuxCutDesigns.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

8.1 The Customer must notify LuxCutDesigns of any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within [seven (7)] days of the delivery date by email, including the order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

8.2 Upon verification, LuxCutDesigns will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected item. Claims submitted after the period stated above may be declined.

LuxCutDesigns reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Amendments take effect upon posting to the Site, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Orders are governed by the Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
